- Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Refunds are only applicable to full-price items; sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded unless defective.
- Customized or altered items are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel (e.g., swimwear, lingerie) for hygiene reasons
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at checkout

Refund Processing

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defect).
- If you are approved for a refund, the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within the stated timeframe.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different size, color, or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order separately. This ensures faster processing and availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
