4. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from ArohaLani. If you are not completely satisfied with your Skirts, Shorts, or T-Shirts, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us at [email protected] to initiate a return request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect. ArohaLani reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the above conditions.
